merry christmas, friends.
today has been wonderful. i actually slept in until eight.
i'm always too giddy on christmas morning.

hey guys! it's christmas time!

today is christmas adam. tomorrow is christmas eve. and then it is christmas:)
i love christmas. did i ever mention that?
merry christmas (a little early) everybody!
we are so excited that all of our friends are back from school.
we went to a handful of parties.
we decorated a gingerbread house.
we went mini-golfing with my side of the family.
we watched red. hilarious. seriously.
we braved the seriously freezing single digit weather.
we are done with our seasonal jobs! hooray!

this is our last weekend for a while in alaska. it makes me sad, but it's been a grand adventure since we've been here. it's time for a new scenery change, i guess. and for us to be back in school. we're going to visit our friends in utah when we can in january. i am excited. change is good.

catching up

i've been been bad. well actually, i'm really good at reading other people's blogs, but really bad at writing.
so this is what we've been doing:

working. we're both putting in our two week notices on thursday. i'm a little excited. (i work with an oompa loompa, minus the green hair. i can't wait to not see her again.)

getting ready to move. sort of. we're driving down to utah and then back up to idaho. i'm nervous, but it will be a good adventure. plus i am so so so excited to see all my school friends again.

hanging out with our friends. a few of us peer pressured our friend into buying a wii. it's been rockband ever since. we also just downloaded a few 30 seconds to mars songs and one by neon trees. freaking exciting.

hanging out with family. the other night mikie and i played pool with my family. i've never played pool. it was so much fun.

crocheting. well. only i've been crocheting. but i recently learned how to crochet hats and i'm a little obsessed right now. my sister-in-law lizanne sent me an adorable link to an adorable sock monkey hat. it looks easy enough to make, i think i can do it. maybe i'll do it on our four day drive to utah.

well i cut mikie's hair a little bit ago. it was scary and i'm never doing it again.

we finally watched inception. minds blown. i still don't understand what's going on but i like it.
