okay so i lied.

i never blogged in between my last post and michael's birthday... which was almost a whole two weeks ago. i'm sorry. i didn't mean to lie, we're just boring. (and we didn't even get good pictures of michael's birthday.)

anyway something finally exciting happened! the utah weggeland kids came to visit us. it was so much fun! they picked the nicest weekend of the entire year, with at least 75 degree weather for both days. we did so many fun activities, it was awesome. thanks for playing with us guys, best weekend yet! :)

anna, just jump to us and we'll take you home!

see how i'm wearing a headband to keep my bangs from blowing around? don't do that. especially when it is hot out, unless you want a line across your forehead. just saying.

our nephew jack is four. he says some pretty funny things like:
[during the dinner prayer] "and please bless us that our blood may stay in our bodies."
and jack, talking to his cousin kirsten on gchat-
kirsten: we're going to disneyworld tomorrow.
jack: well, we got new tires...

oh also. we are coming up on our one year in a couple of months (weird.) and i'm drooling, thinking of places to stay and things to do. anybody have any good suggestions in the idaho/utah area? i've looked at hotels in park city and st. g and i've decided i want to go to all of them.

yeah, he's really good at tossing it, and then running seven yards and catching it. :)

Dear Li-Sha:
Wear the head band on your hair like this! You won't get a line + no bangs! Yay!
