MY HOUSE IS GOING TO BLOW OVER, I SWEAR.

it’s been incredibly windy here in rexburg. so windy, that last night as i lay in bed, i suddenly became concerned that our bikes would blow into the front door, causing our front door to crash open, and those hooligans that live across the street would just mosey in and take everything we own plus maybe our lives. also speaking of crazy things + sleep, two nights ago i had a dream that i made a ton of homemade donuts for a ward party that was being held in my old chapel in anchorage. everything was fine, until tom haverford showed up and ATE ALL THE DONUT GLAZE. i was so mad at him, before i realized he wasn’t even a real person. then i was all “OMG AZIZ ANSARI ATE ALL MY DONUT GLAZE.” and guess what, that wasn’t even the first time i’ve dreamed about donuts this week. my subconscious is craving donuts. i also dreamed about steve zahn last night but only cause i wrote “i’m going to buy some eucalyptus candles cause it makes my apartment smell mossay.” on my friend’s wall right before bed. (name that movie!) i not so secretly love steve zahn.

we were in utah for two weekends in a row. our bishop kept calling us and asking to set up an appointment with us on sundays, and we were like “sorry, dawg, we’re out of town. really. we aren’t trying to avoid you.”  and the whole time we were imagining the horrible teaching calling that we would get. it turns out that i’m the only one who got a calling though. i’ll be in the primary presidency! i’m very excited to work with the niños.

and because it's not a blog post without blog pictures, here- these are for you.
