we've never done that. always wanted to, though.
so back to what i was saying, this was finals week for the man. i feel like our time in rexburg has gone by so fast! it's been almost a full three years but gosh dang it, it's been a fast three years. anyway want to know what our week was like? too bad! i'm telling you anyway.
sunday: ate like a whole bag of those hostess white powdered donettes. (for those judging, puuuuhlease, it's not like you've never done that.) and stayed up really late listening to leslie knope's wisdom.
oh and i guess we went biking and i took this picture and almost crashed after.
monday: stake barbecue, which we went to cause we were like "FREE HAMBURGERS BEST DAY EVER." we also talked about how we wish we could photosynthesize instead of having to rely on stake barbecues.
tuesday: we had to clean and stuff to show off our townhome for our landlord. there was also a killer lightening storm. we went up the hill to watch it and all of rexburg had the same idea cause apparently everybody thinks exactly like us.
wednesday: let my phone go swimming in the toilet at costa vida. it's a pretty good swimmer, except now it doesn't like to play music or tell me when i have texts (cause i get a LOT of those.) we also went and cleaned the temple and then went to mcdonald's at 12:30am. haha i mean... no... we didn't do anything that unhealthy. that's gross.
thursday: we went to a campfire with our friends in our ward which was great and i took this picture of s'mores and then i remembered i don't actually like s'mores that much cause the chocolate semi melts but that graham cracker doesn't bend for ANYBODY. it just kind of crumbles in your hand. and that's why i don't like s'mores.
also, friends! guess what! we are probably moving back to provo soon. and by soon i mean in a month, so if ANYBODY has any housing leads please let me know! (serious plea so we don't turn into homeless people.) craigslist house hunting is a real bummer except for the really funny scams that are on there. this one is my favorite cause they say there is one well maintained orchid in the yard. just one. and it's well maintained.
but seriously, my plead for housing help is real. we are getting desperate here.
oh wait! here is this picture from the farmer's market last week. i don't know where to put it.

LOL, that craigslist ad is awesome. I love the obvious catalog picture of the bedding. Is that a skyscraper in the background? Were they trying to say orchard?? Either way it sounds like a home inspired. Can't wait to see you guys in 1 week!
WOW! You're moving back! We fly in a month from today! have you tried looking here https://home.byu.edu/och/listingSearch.htm ?
That and KSL are my only suggestions. I know moving can be no fun, but I hope everything goes smoothly for you guys! good luck!
Yay thats so awesome!!!! Luke will be done tomorrow! I can't wait for Tuesday to come!
haha i liked this post. i laughed out loud by myself more than once. just FYI pretty much nobody uses craigslist in Utah, they use KSL, so look there. also maybe BYU has an online housing something or other? USU does. Just a thought. I've never lived in provo what do i know?
That listing is hilarious! I laughed out loud. When we get settled in Spanish Fork we are going to invite you over for dinner K. I kind of wish we had the freedom (like no sleeping babies at home) to go out and eat McDonald's at midnight. That actually sounds fun to me.
Oh, I'm glad to know that I'm not the only one who doesn't like s'mores for the exact reason you stated. Darn you graham crackers!
